Serves 2: Preparation 10 minutes, cooking time 0 minutes
Ingredients:
• 50g of wild garlic leaves
• 25g of shelled walnuts
• 25g of grated parmesan
• 1tbsp lemon juice
• 50ml olive oil
Equipment:
• Sieve
• Food Processor
Method:
Wash the wild garlic leaves then pat them dry. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and then whizz until they form a smooth paste.
Use on pasta or on bread.
